Today we started with the MC Hammer-Michael Jackson lab. Here were are determining the physical properties of different elements. in order to see where they fit in the periodic table. We are looking at the following physical properties.
- Luster
- magnetism
- conductivity
- malleability
- brittleness
- ductility
These properties are noted on a data table in order to determine if the element is a metal, nonmetal or metalloid.
