Today we graded log 4 q2 and then continued with the clay atom lab.
Again, we are using indirect observation to try to determine what is inside a ball of clay "clay atom". We are taking toothpick to simulate alpha particles to try to infer or make a hypothesis about what is in the center of our atoms. Remember, a inference is an educated guess or hypothesis that uses prior knowledge to confront a new situation.
