 Today we reviewed how to create a Bohr model of an atom.  We also took the time to look at how to use the periodic table.  We have a quiz on Thursday.  Those of you at home will have to make this up when you get back.

Here is the breakdown of how hydrogen is represented in a Bohr shell model.

From the information above we are able to get the following:

Atomic Number = 1

Atomic Mass =1

Chemical symbol =H

Protons = 1

Electrons =1

Neutrons = 0      (Atomic mass - Atomic number = Number of neutrons)

If you are still confused, below are three videos on the Periodic table and how to use it.
