Today we continued with the notes for chapter 7. We discussed what mixtures are and how they are different from compounds. We noted that compounds are substances that are chemically bonded and have chemical formulas that represent them. While, mixtures have substances that are together but not chemically bonded. We had three examples
- Chicken noodle soup
- Chili
- Fruit cake
The key here is that you can pick out the chucks in any of the examples.
